The River Studio

The River Studio is a one bedroom en suite self catering space, overlooking woodland and the flowing water of Mill Beck. Completed in 2022, with its clean lines and comfortable interior, complete with a covered balcony and peaceful aspect over natures surroundings it's the perfect place to unwind.

Terms and Conditions

Please note guests must be over 18 and The River Studio is solely for use by the registered guests. The lead guest is responsible for abiding by houserules and taking care of the property. 

All guests must agree to respect the peace and privacy of other guests and neighbours when using The River Studio.

Check in is from 4.00 pm and check out is 10 a.m

Please check your individual booking for cancellation policy and terms of payment. A deposit of the First Nights Stay will be collected at the point of booking . The remainder balance will be collected 24 hours before arrival. 

The River Studio is a non smoking building (including vapes, e- cigarettes and any smoking related products) . 

On site parking is provided in our car park for one car.
